Your questions, answered
Can I start without knowing any German?
Yes. A1 starts from the basics. You can continue with A2 and B1. Platform access opens the day payment is verified, and orientation helps you get ready for live lessons.
When can I start?
Your digital platform access opens the same day payment is verified. The start date for live lessons is confirmed separately. You can prepare with videos and exercises in the meantime.
What time are the lessons?
Live lessons take place in a time slot between 16:00 and 21:00 Berlin time. We choose a suitable group during your consultation and confirm its schedule before the course starts.
How long is each level?
Each level — A1, A2 or B1 — has a three-week intensive programme: 15 teaching days with two hours per day. Platform and AI mentor access continue for six months.
Is the official exam fee included?
No. The package prepares you for Goethe, telc, DTZ or ÖSD exams. Official exam registration and fees are separate.
Will I receive a certificate?
You receive a TÜEES participation certificate. This is not an official Goethe, telc, DTZ or ÖSD exam certificate. Check which official certificate your purpose requires.
What does “unlimited AI Credits” mean?
Use AI Mentor and Willi throughout your six-month membership for writing feedback, questions and repeat practice, without a usage quota or extra charge.
What if I miss a live lesson?
Live lessons are not recorded for privacy and security reasons. Materials and homework remain on the platform. Ask your teacher about missed topics through the forum or in the weekly speaking lesson.
Is simply logging in enough?
No. Progress requires regular practice and completed assignments. Your teacher can see your work on the platform and guide you through the areas you need to improve.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. For focused lessons and a clearer view of exercises, we recommend a computer or tablet.
How is my data protected?
The platform is hosted in Germany. Personal data protection is part of the AI feedback process. Contact the team for details of the current security and privacy documentation.
How does payment work?
First, we discuss your level and teaching model in a free consultation. Then you can securely pay for your approved package in your account. Access opens the same day payment is verified; live lesson dates are confirmed separately.
