Note your current level, exam goal and availability. Bring specific questions about courses and the platform. Do not send identity documents or confidential evidence through the public form.
A time request is not a confirmed appointment
The form displays times in your selected time zone. You can request a 15-minute conversation every day, including weekends, within 10:00–22:00 Amsterdam time. The last slot starts at 21:45. The team must confirm the requested appointment.
Webinar or personal consultation?
The webinar is a separate channel for an introduction and shared questions. Personal consultation concerns your learning path. A webinar request does not book a one-to-one meeting, and a consultation request is not a course payment. After successful submission your request is stored; the team handles follow-up.
